Friendly and cozy family-run restaurant. Great omelettes and sandwiches. I like to support neighborhood businesses and Pier 72 makes that a pleasure.

The food is pretty good and it comes out fast, but service isn't great and little details are missed. On multiple visits I've sat there with an empty coffee mug for the majority of my meal without being offered a refill - or really receiving any sort of check-in. Today the extra hollandaise served with my Eggs Benedict was room temperature at best. Also, the only hot sauce they have is tobasco. Who even likes tobasco? It's somehow simultaneously the world's worst hot sauce and yet it's the most-served hot sauce at restaurants. Minus half a star for that.

Perfect mom and pop spot for a great breakfast. Great value and attentive service. Friends just moved to the area and this is their favorite place in the neighborhood for a fast, fresh meal.
